After booking the accommodation (which may include breakfast) and completing check-in, you can book experiences through the link received by email. We recommend booking experiences as early as possible to ensure availability on the desired date, as many of them have group size limitations. Breakfast should be reserved the day before, while dinner should be reserved by 12:00 on the same day.

We offer a variety of accommodations, all of which are individual and autonomous units with kitchenettes. These include Studios (2 adults and 2 additional children up to 12 years old), 1-bedroom houses (2 adults and 2 additional children up to 12 years old), and 2-bedroom houses (4 adults and 2 additional children up to 12 years old). The 2 children can sleep on a sofa bed measuring 120x185cm, with an extra cost of 30€ each, and it should be prepared by the accompanying adults (bed linen is available). All units have a crib for baby.
Yes, our establishment is designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility, including a specially prepared accommodation unit.
Children of all ages are welcome. We offer accommodations and activities suitable for families. While we do not have a playground, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for walking and playing with children. Next to the children's pool, there is a lawn where all kinds of outdoor games are possible. Additionally, we offer a babysitting service upon request.
Five Sabrosa Senses is pet-friendly, welcoming small pets. For those who need alternative options, there are also pet hotels located about 20 minutes away.
Check-in is available from 15:00 and can be done at any time using an electronic lock. Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Requests for earlier check-in or later check-out can be made at the Reception or via email, subject to availability and at no additional cost. Online check-in is possible through the link received via email after booking. Following this, the access code to the accommodation unit will be sent.
Yes, all units have free Wi-Fi access. Login and password information will be provided during check-in.
Yes, each unit has a parking space, and electric vehicles can be charged near the Reception. There are 2 parking zones, so guests can park closest to their accommodation unit.
We offer laundry services through a partner located about 1 km away. Alternatively, in Vila Real (about 15 minutes away), there are several self-service options available. Their contact details can be requested at Reception or via email.
The Reception operates daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, providing in-person service for any questions. After hours, we have a telephone helpdesk service (contact provided after check-in by email).
We have video surveillance with access control, recording 24 hours a day.
Breakfast is delivered from 8:00 AM, in a basket, directly to your accommodation unit (at the requested time)
The infinity pool for adults and children is outdoors, and operates all year round without supervision, so the safety of children must be ensured by their companions.
No, the sauna is free of charge and operates year-round, from 9:00 to 18:00. Since reservations are not required, the maximum usage time should not exceed 30minutes to allow other guests to enjoy the service as well.
In line with our commitment to sustainability, bed and towel changes are only made at the request of guests, at an additional cost of €15 for studios and one-bedroom houses, and €30 for two-bedroom houses.
There is no meal or drinks delivery service to the accommodation units, except for breakfast (8:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00, with 1 or 2 deliveries to be arranged depending on the number of orders), which can be requested through the link received after check-in. Additionally, we offer a wine cellar at Reception, open from 9:00 to 18:00, where you can purchase the finest wines from the region and enjoy them right away in your armchair. Each accommodation unit is equipped with a refrigerator where you can chill your drinks, and water is also available at Reception.
We do not have a restaurant, but there are several nearby (one about 1 km away), which should be reserved directly (we can assist if needed). Since all units have kitchenettes, you can prepare your own meals, with grocery shopping available about 1 km away.
Yes, by reservation, we can arrange transfer services (tours, airport transfers, etc.) with our partners.
Express check-out allows you to check the account and check-out, namely making the payment and receiving the corresponding invoice. We accept payments through major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
