We adopt innovative sustainable construction practices to ensure our environmental impact is minimal. We use off-site construction techniques, meaning most structures are prefabricated off-site, significantly reducing site transport and CO2 emissions. Additionally, we use reusable materials and non-permanent foundations, allowing our installations to be adaptable and less invasive to the environment. Energy production for self-consumption and water utilization are integrated to create a self-sustainable environment. We implement various solutions to reduce natural resource consumption, such as water flow reduction systems and low-energy technologies, ensuring efficiency without compromising comfort. Moreover, our resort is designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility, promoting inclusiveness and social sustainability.
